Delivered in one day in person through three sessions, INSPIRE focuses on key areas that women tell us they need help to build Confidence, Communication and Campaigns.
Since 2012 women across Ireland have participated in our INSPIRE Campaign schools. This was the start or continuation of a journey for many of today’s local councillors, TD’s, Senators and MEPs. As a participant, you will work with experts who will help demystify politics and show you the nuts and bolts of ‘getting in’.
You will work to develop your skills in campaigns management, developing your communication plans and building confidence in how to navigate the challenges of political life.
You’ll also get to meet other women who are starting out on their political journey and to share experiences and insights that will help equip you for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
You will complete the training with the tools and direction to take your next step on your political journey. We will endeavour to assist with any follow up support you may need and there will be plenty of opportunities to engage in follow on Master Classes and networking events.
