Training & Development Coordinator
The Training and Development Coordinator role is focused on recruiting, equipping and mobilising a community of female candidates to enter and succeed in Irish politics with a primary focus on the successful implementation of our training, mentoring and events programmes.
Type: This is a permanent contract subject to funding. This position is full time 39 hours a week (5 days over 7, regular evening and weekend work). A 6 month probationary period will apply.
Salary: €36k – €40k depending on experience
Location: The headquarters for Women for Election is currently in the Carmichael Centre in Dublin 7. We will facilitate remote working, however attendance will be required at the Dublin headquarters in line with the organisation’s needs. This position will also require travel within Ireland.
