In 2013, we established our Countess Markievicz Circle, a core group of donors who have come together to support Women for Election to achieve our vision of an Ireland with balanced participation of women and men in political life.
The Countess Markievicz Circle is the engine behind Women for Election’s work, helping us to increase the number of elected women by resourcing us to deliver training programmes for women across the country, as well as core funding for our advocacy and research work.
